8 Steps to Grow Your LinkedIn Company Page Followers: A Beginner’s Guide
Attracting LinkedIn followers come with challenges. Namely, LinkedIn Company Pages are not as popular as Facebook pages and company pages haven’t been around as long. But this doesn’t mean there aren’t ways to boost the number of followers your company has, you just might need to dig a little deeper and uncover some less obvious strategies, but I have good news for you: I’ve spent considerable time creating this guide that will increase your followers in no time!
1. Complete Your LinkedIn Company Profile (Fully).
Did you know that Company Pages with complete profiles receive up to 2X more visitors than those with incomplete page profiles?
Make sure your page has the following seven items completely filled out:
– Logo
– Company description
– Website URL
– Company size
– Industry
– Company type
– Location
In order to fully complete your profile, head to your Company Page on LinkedIn and select “Overview”:

Make sure to upload a high-resolution company logo and a cover image that captures your brand as well as fill out the “About us” section to provide visitors with more information.
Having a complete company profile (website URL, company size, industry, type, and location) are all important components in helping to make your Company Page look more legitimate and professional. Legitimacy and professionalism are critical for brand image and provides visitors with all the information they need to connect with your company when they’re ready.
2. Specify What Your Business is About.
Your business page should reflect your image since it is the first thing people will see after they follow you. First impressions matter! To appear credible and trustworthy, provide credible information about your business. Present a clear photo that shows what your business is about. Doing so will get other visitors to become followers.
3. Add a LinkedIn Follow Company Plugin on Your Website.
By adding a LinkedIn plugin to your web page, you can prompt site visitors to further explore your company through your company page on LinkedIn. It’s an undemanding, non-sales-y way to encourage consumers to learn more about your company on a platform they’re (probably) already familiar with.
4. Join LinkedIn Groups.
Joining various LinkedIn groups in your niche is a very effective way to highlight your Company Page and attract more followers. Search for relevant people in your niche and add them. Make sure to add a note while asking for a connection and state your reason to connect.

5. Encourage Your Clients and Prospects to Follow Your Company LinkedIn Page.

Enrich your post with keywords that resonate with your target audience, so potential customers searching the Internet might come across it and want to connect with you. Make sure to share the post through your other social media channels to encourage your followers there to find you on LinkedIn as well.
